The Spitz Jazz Collective plays a mixture of standards and new compositions downstairs in The Spitz bistro. Free form and informal, the quintet is often accompanied by guest musicians. The line up features Quentin Collins (trumpet), Brian (alto sax), Alan Weekes (guitar), Miles Danso (double bass) and Rod Young (drums).
